As a result of discussions between the Parties, the following is hereby agreed as an
addition to the 2022-2025 Memorandum of Understanding Between Michigan State
University and Coalition of Labor Organizations at MSU (hereinafter "the CLO MOU").
Recognizing that the currently offered Base Plan (Blue Care Network) is not available to
individuals who do not reside in Michigan, the parties have discussed the need to add
additional options for employees who are working and residing out of state on a
