What happens when I call/email you?

 

We respond to email/phone calls when received or within 2-4 hours. We understand that we are here to serve our membership, from representation with their supervisor or University, to answer a question, or discuss anything related to your position and work environment. Separate in person meetings can be set up at our offices located in the 2990 E Lake Lansing Rd. Suite 200 East Lansing, MI 48823. Depending on the concern legal counsel will be present to assist you. All contacts are kept confidential.
